at the Southwest corner of land of George M. Tisdale; and running
thence westerly along the northerly side of Bay View Road 78 feet
to a point and land now or formerly of Agnes MCAslen; thence northerly
and on a line parallel with the westerly line of land of George M.
Tisdale 220 feet to a point; thence easterly along lend now or formerly
of Agnes MCAslan and parallel with the northerly side of Bay View
6 Road 78 feet; thence southerly along the westerly line of land of

McAslan to Samuel Cooke and Teresa D. Cooke, his wife, by deed

where the same is intersected by the Northwest side of the Map of

aforesaid Northwest side of the Map of West Creek Development;

point or place of BEGINNING.
