by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Village and Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:- Beginning
at the point of intersection of the Easterly line or side of Main
Street and the Northerly line of land of Frank C. Booth and running
thence Northerly along the Easterly side of Main Street a distance
of 79.93 feet to land of the First Universalist Church of Southold;
thence Easterly along the land of the First Universalist Church of
Southold and land of John Charnews a distance of 321.54 feet to
land of School District No, 5. Town of Southold; thence Southerly
along land of School District No. 5, Town of Southold a distance
of 178 feet more or less; thence Westerly along land of Frank C.
Booth a distance of 320 feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part of, in and to that portion of Main Street adjacent
to said premises to the center line thereof.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed by Louis
Kinirsky and Helen C. Kinirsky, his wife, to Joseph Milovoic and
Antoinette Milovoic, his wife, as tenants by the entirety, by deed
dated September 4, 1946 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on September 8, 1948 in Liber 2870 of Deeds at page 09, the
said Antoinette Milovcie having died a resident of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York, on April 20, 1963 survived by her husband, Joseph
Milovoic, and being the same premises conveyed by Joseph Milovoic
to Joseph Milovoic and Bertha Idlovieh, as joint-terAnts with the
right of survivorship, by deed dated July 8th, 1963s and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 12, 1963, in Liber 5379
of deeds at page 66.
