to the Southwesterly side of Calves Neck Road;

end of the above mentioned arc; and
THENCE Westerly along said arc 65.06 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING.

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances
