by Daniel R. Young, P. E. and L. S.", and filed in the office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 6, 1926, as map number
8601, which said lot and part of lot, when taken together, are
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Mill Lane (Road)
which said point is where the division line between the premises
herein described and land now or formerly of Barbara Fitz inter-
sects the easterly side of Mill Lane; thence south 28000' east,
along the easterly side of Mill Lane,. 110.90 feet; thence north
6204810011 east, 130 feet, more or leas, to the ordinary highwater
mark of Goldsmith's Inlet; thence northerly, along said highwater
mark to land now or formerly of Barbara Fitz; thence south,
62049100" west, 167 feet, more or less, to the easterly side of

TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest, if any,
_ of the party of the first part of, in and to land lying below
ordinary high water mark of Goldsmith's Inlet adjoining said
premises on the east.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show,
and to covenants, restrictions, easements, agreements, zoning
regulationst reservations of record, if any.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by two deeds recorded in the Suffolk
county clerk's office in libers 3699 of conveyancest page 199,
and 5159 of conveyances, page 52.
