running thence in an easterly direction and parallel to
the southerly line of land of the Long Island Railroad Company a
distance of 178 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
Being and intended to be part of premises conveyed to

16, 1941 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on
