as Map No. 1097, which said part of lots when taken together are more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the east side of Mill Road distant 130.00
feet south of the intersection of the south side of Miami Avenue
and the east side of Mill Road as measured along the east side of
Mill Road;
running thence north 30° 30' 20" east 94.00 feet to the ordinary
high water mark of Goldsmith Inlet as it existed April 21, 1965;
running thence southerly along said high water line 80.0 feet
more or less to land of Thomas W. Fowler, Jr. and Mary Fowler con-
veyed to them by deed recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in
r Liber 2998 cp 360;
running thence along said land south 6° 00' 00" west 115.0 feet
to the north side of Mill Road;
running thence along the north side and east side of Mill Road
the following 4 courses and distances;
1) north 77° 30' 00" west 12.9 feet;
2) north 63° 21' west 35.2 feet;
3) north 37° 26' 00" west 55.3 feet; and
4) north 28° 00' 00" west 31.60 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH ALL RIGHT TITLE AND INTEREST, if any, of the party
of the first part in and to the land and land under water lying
between the ordinary high water mark of Goldsmith Inlet as it
existed April 21, 1965 and the high water mark as shown on the
aforesaid Map of Bailey Park,
