Fowler, Jr. and Mary Fowler con- veyed to them by deed recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in r Liber 2998 cp 360; running thence along said land south 6° 00' 00" west 115.0 feet to the north side of Mill Road; running thence along the north side and east side of Mill Road the following 4 courses and distances; 1) north 77° 30' 00" west 12.9 feet; 2) north 63° 21' west 35.2 feet; 3) north 37° 26' 00" west 55.3 feet; and 4) north 28° 00' 00" west 31.60 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
