as Map No. 1097, which said part of lots when taken together are more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
�. BEGINNING at a point on the east side of Mill Road where the same
! is intersected by the south side of Miami Avenue, which said point
marks the northwest corner of lot 28 on said map;
. "` running thence along the south side of Miami Avenue north 62° 48'
east 70.0 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Goldsmith Inlet as
it existed April 21, 1965;
running thence southerly along said high water mark 80.00 feet

Mill Road;
running thence along the east side of Mill Road north 28° 00' 00"
west 130.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH ALL RIGHT TITLE AND INTEREST, if any, of the party
of the first part in and to the land and land under water lying
between the ordinary high water mark of Goldsmith Inlet as it
existed April 21, 1965 and the high water mark as shown on the
aforesaid Map of Bailey Park.
