County, New York, respectively also known as ANTONE S. KRUPSKI, HENRY M. KRUPSKI and MARY I. KRUPSKI, party of the first part,and FREDERICK LAPPE, residing at 87?Park Avenue, Huntington, New York, and ELSIE L. The conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage executed by Aniela Krupski, also known as Amelia Krupski, also known as Nellie Krupski, as mortgagor to the Federal Land Bank of Springfield as mortgagee which mortgage is dated July 17, 1956, and was recorded on July 20, 1956, in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 2687 of Mortgages at page 5, and on which mortgage there is now due the principal sum of$7,500.00 with interest thereon at the rate of 4-1/2°fo per annum from January 1:, 1964, and DNo j that the party of the second part hereby assumes and covenants to pay such mortgage debt and interest as part of the consideration for this conveyance.
