by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and relense unto the party of the second part,the heirs or

lying and being in the Village and Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, more particularly bounded as follows: Southerly by Hummel
Avenue 100 feet; Westerly by land of Jarusiewicz, 200 feet, more
or less; Northerl. by land of James M. Grattan, 100 feet, and
Easterly by land formerly of Mae E. Booth, 200 feet, more or less.
Being and intended to be the same premises heretofore conveyed
by Oscar S. Case to Frank R. Lekich and Anna R. Lekich, his wife,
by deed recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber
3281 of deeds at page 179, and that the said Frank R. Lekich died
testate a resident of Queens County, New York, on ray 4, 1956,
leaving as his surviving spouse, Anna R. Lekich, and being and
Intended to be the same premises conveyed by Anna R. Lekich to
Frank A. Lekich and Gloria Tureich, as tenants in common, by deed
dated November 26th, 1963, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on December 3, 1963, in Liber 5460 of deeds at page 235•
