WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,

old, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and being more particu-
larly bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING ata point on the westerly side of Kenny's Road where the
northerly side of Leeton Drive intersects same; thence running S. 450
35' 30" W. along said northerly side of said Leeton Drive, 1,875 feet
to the point or place of beginning of the premises herein described,
and then beginning at said last mentioned.point of beginning, thence
_ running N. 44° 241. 30" W. 204 feet, more or less, to the mean high
water line of Long Island Sound; thence running westerly along said
mean high water line of Long Island South 50 feet, more or less;
thence running S. 44° 24' 30" E. 204 feet, more or less, to the north

ly side of Leeton Drive 50 feet to the point or place of beginning,

SAID premises for the purpose of further identification only are know,

Southold-on-Sound, Plots 1-234, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, owned by Lidico Corporation, made July 1950s by William L.
Miller, Wading River, New York, Professional Engineer - Land Surveyor,
New York State License No. 7885, and guaranteed to the Inter-County
j' Title Guaranty and Mortgage Company on July 20, 1950" and which map
is intended to be filed with the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, at
Riverhead, New York.
BEING the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed from VINCENT SIMEONI dated May 8, 1953 recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on May 26, 1953 in Liber 3521 page 59.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the first part in and to Long Island Sound and lands there-
TOGETHERwithwith all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets antl der.
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
