Ave; running thence in a southwesterly direction along the said
northwesterly line of North Road, a distance of 333 feet, more or
p less, to land of Samuel A. Main; running thence in a northwesterly
'i direction along the easterly line of said land of Main, a distance
of 226 Peet, more or less, to land of Francis W. Rhinow; running
thence in an easterly direction along said land of Francis W.
Rhino., 'a distance of 45 feet; running thence in a northwesterly
direction along said land of Francis W. Rhinow, a distance of 125
feet to the southerly line of Soundview Ave; running thence in a
southeasterly direction alongthe southerly line of Soundview Ave
a distance of 283 feet, more or less, to the point or place of
beginning.
There has been executed and delivered simultaneously herewith,
and intended to be recorded, a purchase money mortgage in the sum
of $30,000.00, which mortgage is dated October /7 , 1964 and was
made and executed by the grantee herein to the grantor herein.
Being the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part
by David C. and Helen E. L'Hommedieu by deed recorded August 3, 1955
In Liber 3942 op 295 and by Edward and Elizabeth Schneider Pike by
deed recorded May 28, 1956 in Liber 4119 ep 90, both deeds recorded
in Suffolk County.
