proposed highway to be known as "Jockey Creek Drive said point of be-
,Tinning being; the northeasterly corner of land conveyed by Kathryn K.
Mullen to Graves, from said point of beginning running along said
land of Graves South 64 degrees 57 minutes 00 seconds West - 158.30
feet; thence alon,^, land of 2obert T. Kroenel and Virginia W. Kroepel,
North 13 degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds West - 163.43 feet to land of
Balser; thence alone said land of Baker North 64 degrees 57 minutes 00
seconds East 125.0 feet to said westerly line of Oaklawn Avenue; thence

TOGErMER with the right to the use (in common with others) of the

Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Kathryn K.
Mullen, formerly kndwn as Kathryn K. Clasing, to Robert T. Kroepel
and He, M. Kroenel, his mother, the grantors herein, by used dated
May 3, 1965 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May
b, 1965, in Liber 5741 of deeds at page 379 and subject to the cove-
nants, restrictions and reservation therein contained.
