of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 26th day of June 1956
as Map No. 2575.

October 20, 1959, in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same parcel of property as was
conveyed to the parties of the first part by deed of
SEAWOOD ACRES, INC., dated October 1, 1962 and recorded
October 19, 1962 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County in Liber 5250 at page 97.
