WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid

land of Long Island Railroad; said point of beginning being the
northeasterly corner of land conveyed or about to be conveyed by the
party of the first part to Vincent Strcich and Mary Strcich, his
wife; (Lot 15) from saidoint of beginning P g g ru nning along the last
described land, S. 68° 09' 30" W. 200.0 feet; thence along_ land of
the party of the first part, two courses as follows:
(1) N. 21° 50' 30" W. 100 feet; thence
(2) N. 68° 09' 30" E. 200 feet to the westerly line of Tucker Lane;
thence along said westerly line, S. 21° 50' 30" E. 100.0 feet to the
point of beginning.
