of 400.00 feet from the point formed by the intersection of the north-
erly side of Cedar Beach Road with the easterly side of Paradise Point
Road; from said point of beginning running along other land of Charlotte
K. Gittinger, North 13 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of
135.0 feet; running thence still along land of Charlotte K. Gittinger,
North 24 deorees 44. minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 140.0 feet
to land of Weymouth; running thence along, said land of Weymouth, South
70 depress 07 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 35.94 feet; runn-
ing thence still along land of Weymouth, South 65 degrees 15 minutes
30 seconds East a distance of 180.68 feet; running thence still along

Peconic Bay; running thence in a southeasterly direction along ordi-
nary hivh water mark of Peconic Bay a distance of 197 feet, more or
less, to the northerly line of Cedar Beach Road; running thence along
the northerly line of Cedar Beach Road, North 76 degrees 44 minutes
40 seconds West a distance of 268 feet, more or less, to a point marked
by a monument; running thence still along the northerly line of Cedar
Beach Road, North 76 degrees 44 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of
200.0 feet to the noint or place of beginning.
Said premises being and intended to be a portion of the premises
conveyed by Charles W. Elmer to William C. Gittinger and Charlotte K.
Gittinger, his wife, by deed dated February 19, 1949, and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on February 21, 1949, in Liber 2924
of deeds at Barre 10 and subject to the covenants and restrictions
therein contained, the said William C. Gittinger having died a re-
sident of Springfield, Union County, New Jersey, on July 26, 1959,
survived by his wife, Charlotte K. Gittinger, the grantor herein.
