of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 26th day of June 1956 as Map
No. 2575.

BEING the same premises heretofore conveyed by Deed dated September
22, 1956 from Seawood Acres, Inc. as grantor to John W. Weigt and
Katherine R. Weigt, his wife, as grantees, recorded in the Suffolk -
County Clerk's Office on October 2, 1956 in Liber 4190 of Deeds,
Page 98, TOGETHER with the buildings subsequently erected thereon.
