THIS INDENTURE,made the 16th da of

party of the first part,and and ANTONIA HRONCICH, his wife, both

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of laud,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lymgandbeing DD to at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly side.of Tucker's Lane
at the southwesterly corner of the property about to be conveyed
and the southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of R.C.
Whitlock; -
THENCE RUNNING North 22 degrees 15 minutes East 200 feet along

said land now or formerly of R.C. Whitlock to other land now
or formerly of the said R.C. Whitlock;
THENCE RUNNING South 67 degrees 45 minutes East 110 feet along
land formerly of Daniel H. Horton to land now or formerly of
John .Bassarear;
THENCE RUNNING South 22 degrees 15 minutes West 200 feet along
said land now or formerly of John Bassarear to a monument on
the northerly line of Tucker's Lane;
THENCE RUNNING North 67 degrees 45 minutes West 110 feet along
the northerly line of Tucker's Lane to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Bessie H.
Booth to George M. Williamson and Marian L. Williamson, his wife,
by deed dated August 15, 1961 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on August 17, 1961 in Liber 5034 at Page 458.
TOGETHER with all right title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances
