and to that area described on the aforesaid map as beach and deeded
to the grantors by.Margery D. Burns by deed dated September 30,
1960, and recorded with, the County Clerk of Suffolk County in

SUBJECT TO an existing first mortgage held by The Southhold Savings
Bank, in the presently reduced amount of $6,959.98, which the
parties of the second part hereby agree to assume and make the
payments thereof.
