Goldsmith and wife; running thence South 7 degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds West along i , said land now or formerly of Everett T. Goldsmith and wife, approxi- mately 218 feet to land formerly of Silas A. H. Dayton, running thence in a westerly direction along said land formerly of Dayton, adistance of fifty feet to the point or place of beginning. TOGETHER with a right of way for passage on foot and with vehicles over, across and upon the Private Road lying westerly of said premises to and from Oaklawn Avenue. SUBJECT TO a right of way ten feet wide, the southerly line of which is the southerly boundary herein (Liber 1758 cp 407 and Liber 1771 op 15). TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest of the seller, if any, in and to the beach and land under water of Jockey Creek in front of and adjacent to said premises.
