HENRY J. SMITH, residing at Peconic Lane, Peconic, New York,
party of the first part,and
WALTER L. GOEBEL and VERA J. GOEBEL, his wife, both residing at
Oak Avenue, Southold, New York,

WITNESSETH,that the part]of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other raluable consideration
paid by the part)of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the patty of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon trected,situate,
lying and beingackii, at Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly line of Grove Road, 570
feet southeasterly along said southwesterly .line from its inter-
section with the southeasterly line of the North Road; and running
III, thence along said southwesterly line of Grove Road north 32 degrees
04 minutes west, a distance of 37vd' feet; running thence south 57
degrees 56 minutes west 100 feet to land now or formerly of Rich-
mond; running thence along said last mentioned land south 32 degrees
04 minutes east a distance of 3712 feet to land now or formerly of
Filu; running thence along said last mentioned land north 57 degrees
56 minutes east a distance of 100 feet to the said southwesterly line
of Grove Road at the point of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of premises conveyed to Henry J.
Smith by Anna B. Richmond by deed dated 1-20-46 and recorded
1-20-48 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 2793 at
page 458.
