LIBER5820 PAGE 78 TOGETHER with the right to the use, incommon with others, of a right of way 50 feet in width over "Colonial Road"from the northeasterly corner of the Premises southerly to "Ed's Road", and thence westerly over "Ed's Road"to 'Victoria Drive", and thence southerly over "Victoria Drive" to Main Bayview Road, Edward Nidds.reserves the right to dedicate the aforesaid roads known as "Colonial Road", "Ed's Road" amd "Victoria Drive" to the Town of Southold as Public highways, the right to the use of said rights of way being subject and subordinate to such right of dedication, and the party of the second part, by the acceptance of this deed, consents to such dedication and releases the Town of Southold from any liability tar damages by reason thereof. TOGETHER with the right to the use, in common with others, of a strip of land 50 feet in width asaneasement to Corey Creek, said strip of land being bounded on the easterly by land of Edson and on the westerly by land of Toedter and Dickinson. SUBJECT to the following covenants and restrictions: 1. No more than two dwelling houses shall be erected on said premises. 2. Any dwelling house erected on said premises shall cost not less than$8,000.00. 3. These covenants and restrictions shall expire on January 1, 1975. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by Burton E. Michaels and Lucy E. Michaels by deed dated June 26th, 1962 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on.June 28th, 1962 in Liber 5188 of deeds at page 511.
