West, a distance of 190.45 feet to a monument on said northeasterly line
of "HillRoad"; thence along said northeasterly line, North 68 degrees i
53 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 150.0 feet to the point of
beginning.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING to the parties of the first part, their
distributees, assigns, nominees or licensees, the right and privilege
to enter upon the property herein described and lay, construct, eroct
and maintain therein or theroon sower pipes, water or gas mains, tele-

appurtenances and fittings; provided, however, that sewers, pipes,
