distance of 70.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence along land of Roger
Grattan, North 73 degrees 37 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of
200.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence along land devised under the last
Will and Testament of James 11. Grattan, deceased, to Catherine R.
Grattan, South 13 degreos 29 minutes 00 seconds 'East, a distanco of
70.0 foot to an iron pipe; thence along said land of Duffy, South 73
degrees 37 minutes 40 seconds ':lest, a distance of 200.0 foot to the
point of beginning. Said promises being and intended to be the same
premises devised to Jerome F. Grattan under Para Eraph "SL'COND" of the
last 'Will and Testament of James 17. Grattan, deceased, dated march 61
1954, and this Deed is given solely for the purpose of confirming the
devise contained in said Will.
