through a monument a distance of 230.0 feet to a monument on the
h, northerly line of Sound View Avenue; running thence the following
y two courses and distances along the said northerly line of Sound
View Avenue; (1) South 83 degrees, 50 minutes, 00 seconds west
95.34 feet to a monument; (2) north 82 degrees, 13 minutes, 30
seconds west 29 feet to the monument at the point or place of
beginning.
