follows;- Northerly by land owned on July 23, 1959 by Rutkowski;
Easterly by land ownod on July 23, 1959 by Rutkowski; Southerly by
land owned on July 23, 1959 by Grattan; and Westerly by Horton's Lane,
said promises being more particularly bounded and described as follows;-
BEGINNING at a point marked by a monument set on the easterly line
of Horton's Lane (which point is approximately 1200 feet northerly
along said easterly line from its intersection with the northerly line
of Main Road) (and which point is the southwest corner of the premises

way); running thence in a northerly direction along the easterly line

foot to a point marked by a monument; running thence South 12 degrees
08 minutes East, a distance of 97.42 foot to a point marked by a monu-
mont• running thence South 72 degrees 22 minutes West, a distance of
180.33 feet to the point or place of beginning, according to survey by
Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son dated May 4, 1956.
