ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land lying and being
at Southold in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a noint on the westerly line of a certain proposed high-
way (which point of besinning is North 2 degrees 01 minute 50 seconds
West a distance of 420.59 feet northerly along said westerly line from
a noint on the northerly line of Clearview Avenue 327.711 feet easterly
along said Northerly line of Clearview Avenue fromits intersection
with the Easterly line of Oaklawn Avenue); from said point of be-
minnin,. running in a southerly direction along the westerly line of
said proposed highway South 2 degrees 01 minute 50 seconds East a
distance of 100.0 feet to land of Charles E. Gagen; running thence
South 87 degrees 58 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of 1113.62 feet
to land of Sarah E. Gagen; running thence North 1 degree 28 minutes
10 seconds East a distance of 100 feet, more or less, to a point which
is South 87 decrees 58 minutes 10 seconds blest from the point or place
of beginning; running thence along, land of Sarah E. Gagen
North 87 degrees 5b minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 135 feet,
more or less, to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with the right to the use of a right of way in common with
others over said proposed hi,^hway from the northeasterly corner of the
Dremises Southerly about 420 feet to Clearview Avenue.
3Tf3JE0T, however, to the following covenants and restrictions:
1. That every dwelling house erected on said premises shall nest not
less than Ei*ht Thousand (•`:8,000.) Dollars;
2. No fowl and/or animals other than the usual type of household nets
are to be kept on said premises.
Bein, and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Charles 0.E4
Gagen to John A. Ga+en by deed dated January 23rd, 1961, and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 27, 1961, in Liber
5086 of deeds at page 1}30.
