at Laughing Water, near Southold, Southold Town, County of Suffolk, New York.
BEGINNING at a point in the Westerly line of Nokomis Road 113 feet from the
intersection of the Southerly line of Hiawatha'a Path and the Westerly line of Nokomis
Road, thence running 113 feet by and along Nokomis Road to a point, thence Westerly
by and gong the property of Jose Prieta 120 feet more or less to a point, thence
North 3 05' West 113 feet to a point, thence Easterly by and along the property of
CHo Lopez 116 feet more or less to a point as the place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the first part, if any, in
and to land lying with the bounds of Mokomis Road and Hiawatha Is Path adjacent to
the said premises, to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER with any and all rights to the use of roadways and beaches above mean
high water, jointly owned by the Laughing Water Property Owners Association, or
used jointly by all Laughing Water property owners.
