party of the first part,and Malverne, L.I.N.Y.,
THE GENERAL WAYNE CORPORATION, a New York Corporation,
having its principal place of business at Cedar Beach
Road,Southold, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
- paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,

and State of New cork, shown on a certain map entitled, "Subdivision
Map of Cedar Beech Park„situate at Bayview, Town of Southold,” and
filed in'the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 20, 1927 as
Y. Map No. 90, more particularly bounded and described as follows: '
