party of the first part,and
HAROLD E. GORDON, residing at Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSEM that the party of.the first part,by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last
will and testament,and in consideration of

lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the
second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
Iyingandbeing 0 at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of Now York, bounded on the North partly by Terry Court
and partly by land of Stacy; on the East partly by Main Road and
partly by land of Mary Conklin and land of Daisy Dodge; on the
South partly by land of Mary Conklin and partly by land of Daisy
Dodge and partly by land of Francis Akscin; and on the West by
land of Diller Bros. and on the Northwest by land of Long Island
Railroad Company, said premises containing eleven (11) acres, be
the same more or less.
And this deed is given in confirmation of the devise contained in
the Last Will and Testament of Arthur B. Gordon, late of the Town
of Southold, deceased, which Will was dated June 15, 1940 and duly
admitted to probate by the Surrogate of Suffolk County on April 6,
1964 (Suffolk County Surrogators Court File No. 385-P-1961{), the
said Arthur B. Gordon having died a resident of Southold, Suffolk
County, Now York, on March 28, 1964.
