ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
t- lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New

BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of Leeton Drive, distant
546.92 feet westerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the
southerly side of Leeton Drive with the westerly side of Kenney's Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 44 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds East, 200 feet;

RUNNING THENCE North 44 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds West, 200 feet to
the southerly side of Leeton Drive; and
RUNNING THENCE North 45 degrees 35 minutes 30 seconds East, along the
southerly side of Leeton Drive, 100 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE those same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by A.G.F. Homes, Inc. by a deed of conveyance dated
March 19, 1962, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on March 23, 1962, in Liber 5142 of Conveyances at Page 548.
SUBJECT TO a purchase money first mortgage made and given by the party
of the second part unto the party of the first part and dated, executed,
delivered and intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith, said
mortgage being given by the party of the second part unto the pasty o
the f_rst part to secure the payment of a portion of the consideration
for which this conveyance was made.
SAID premises for the purpose of further identification only are known as Plots 64,
65,70 and 71 on a certain map entitled, "Map of West Southold-on-Sound, Plots 1-234'
