in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on April
30, 1962 as Map #3555.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Southold
III Builders, Inc. to Harold E. Worley and Daisy M. Worley, his wife,
by deed dated May 9, 1962 and recorded in the office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk on May 10, 1962 in Liber 5163 at page 408.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions which are attached hereto
and hereby made a part hereof.
