Dayton, deceased, to Smitro Adamzevich and Helen Adamzevich, his wife, by deed dated August 14th, 1958. and re- corded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October b, 1958, in Liber 4525 of deeds at page 37• The said Smitro Adamzevich having died a resident of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, on June 10, 19(54, survived by his wife, Helen Adamzevich, the grantor herein.
