BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Sound View Avenue, which
point is the southwest corner of the premises herein to be conveyed;
running thence north 11 degrees 04 minutes 40 seconds west along land
now or formerly of Martin a distance of 560 feet more or less to a
high water mark on the Long island Sound; running thence south 85
degrees 00 minutes east along the high water mark of the Long Island
Sound a distance of 200 feet; running thence south 11 degrees 38
minutes 50 seconds east along land now or formerly of Richard Louis
Hengstenberg, 447.73 feet to the northerly side of Sound View Avenue;
thence running in a general westerly direction along the northerly
side of Sound View Avenue 200 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING,
BEING the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first and second
part by Gladys W. Shinkle by deeds dated and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office as follows:
