made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Engineer and Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y., March
1927, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office at Riverhead,
Suffolk County, Now York on the 10th day of May, 1927 as Map #834, said
lots being taken together being bounded northerly by Landon Lane a -
distance of 146.32 foot; easterly by Founders Path a distance of 112.76
feet; southerly by Lot #44 a distance of 138.94 feet; and westerly by
Lots Y33 and #34 a distance of 157.44 foot.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part, if any, in and to Founders Path and Landon Lane lying in
front of and adjacent to said premises, to the respectivecenterlines
thereof.
SUBJECT to all restrictions and covenants of record, if any.
Being and intended to be.the same promises conveyed by Stewart.:Waxd
Dewar and Marilyn S. Dewar, his wife, to Stewart Ward Dewar by deed

on March 26, 1965 in Libor 5719 of Deeds at page 417.
SUBJECT to a mortgage hold by Southold Savings Bank in the amount of

of which mortgage is hereby assumed by the party of the second part,
and the party of the second part has executed and acknowledged this deed
for the solo purpose of evidencing his assumption ofthe payment of the.

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or sometimes and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
