thence still along the easterly line of land of Erath, North 36 degrees
51 minutes East, a distance of 20.80 feet to a point marked by a granite
monument and land of St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church; retuning thence
South 45 degrees 40 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 38 feet, more
or less, to said land of Czartosieski; running thence in a southwoaterly
