THIS INDENTURE,made the 25th day of March ,nineteen hundred andsixty—five

Southold, New York
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate,lying and beingII34M at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:— Beginning at an iron pipe set at the intersection of
the southwesterly line of %enney'a Road with the northwesterly
line of Middle Road; and running thence southwesterly along said
northwesterly line of Middle Road as taken by Suffolk County
(1939), a distance of 148 feet, more or less, to land formerly
of Joseph M. Conway, now of Surozenaki; thence along said land
formerly of Joseph M. Conway, being parallel with said south-
westerly line of Kenney's Road, North 41 degrees 57 minutes 50
seconds West a distance of 144 feet, more or leas to a monument
and the northeasterly corner of said land formerly of Joseph M.
Conway;
Running thence North 46 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds
East, a distance of 144,84 feet to a monument set on said south-
westerly line of Kenney's Road; thence along said southwesterly
line of %enney'a Road, South 41 degrees 57 minutes 50 seconds
East, a distance of 114.01 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
Being the same premises conveyed by Joseph M. Conway and
Julia D. Conway by deed dated the 30th day of November, 1964 and
recorded in the office of the County Clerk of the County of
Suffolk, Liber #5661, Page #311, it being the intention of the
parties, the said Marilyn E. Dewar to surrender to Stewart Ward
Dewar all of her right, title and interest in and of said premises.
SUBJECT to all restrictions and covenants of record, if
any.
