ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,

described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at the northwesterly
corner of the premises herein described, being on the southerly
line of a strip of land 100 feet in width owned by John B.
Coleman at a point about 660 feet northeasterly along said land
of Coleman from the easterly line of North Road to Bayview;
running thence easterly along said land of John B. Coleman
256.73 feet to a concrete monument and land of Howard Id. Terry;
thence southerly along said land of Howard M. Terry 490 feet
more or less to a concrete monument and land of Henry Doroski; -
thence westerly along said land of Henry Doroski 265 feet,
; more or less, to a concrete monument and land of Mary L. Dayton;
thence northerly along said land of Mary L. Dayton 475 feet,
t more or less to the point of BEGINNING. Contaiiiing two and

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the
parties of the first part in and to the highway adjacent to

public highway, which the party of the first part may own.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by
Daniel H. Horton and Emma F. Horton, his wife, to Mabel J. Collins and Charles
A. Collins, her husband, by deed dated Oct. 7, 1946 and recorded in Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on Oct. 7, 1946 in Liber 2631 op. 534. Said Charles A.
Collins died a resident of Nassau County on Dec. 27, 1964, survived by his
wife, Mabel J. Collins, the grantor herein.
