Catherine R. Grattan; from said point of beginning running, along said
easterly lino of Youngs evenuo, Porth 13 degrees 29 minutes 00 seconds
liest, a distance of 70.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence along land
devised under the last Will and Tostement of James 'r.. Grattan, doccased,
to Jerome F. Grattan, Forth 73 degrees 37 minutes 40 seconds S:ast, a

Catherine R. Grattan, two courses:
