Southold, Suffolk County, New York," surveyed January 19, 1956,
by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, N.Y-,
and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
June 26, 1956 as Map No. 2575, which said parcel is more particu-
larly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Seawood Drive
South 25°55'40" West a distance of 136 feet from the corner
formed by the intersection of the southerly line of North Bayview
Road with the westerly line of Seawood Drive;
running thence South 25°55'40" West along the said westerly
line of Seawood Drive a distance of 100 feet to the division line
between Lots #20 and #21 as shown on said map;
running thence along said division line North 6404'20" West
a distance of 125 feet to land of Seawood Acres, Inc.;
running thence along said land of Seawood Acres, Inc., which
1 is also the westerly line of Lot #20, North 25°55'40" East a dis-
tance of 100 feet;
running thence through said Lot #20 South 64°04120" East a
distance of 125 feet to the westerly line of Seawood Drive at the
point or place of BEGINNING,

Seawood Acres, Inc. on October 20, 1959, in the Suffolk County

deed made by Seawood Acres, Inc. to John William Doyle and Helen
