ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,s

and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly aide of Town Harbor Lane at the
northerly side of a 30 foot right of way which point is distant 30.29
feet northerly when measured along the easterly side of Town Harbor
Lane from a monument on the easterly side of.Town Harbor Lane at the
northwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Adler;
RUNNING thence north 33 degrees 01 minutes 50 seconds west along
the easterly side of Town Harbor Lane 100 feet;
THENCE north 55 degrees 33 minutes 50 seconds east 125 feet;
F' THENCE south 41 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds east 102.66 feet to
the northerly side of the aforesaid right of way; and
RUNNING thence along the northerly side of said right of way the
following 2 courses and distances:
(1) westerly along a curve bearing to the right having a radius of
941.29 feet a distance of 15.74 feet which curve is subtended by a
chord having a bearing and distance of south 48 degrees 55 minutes 30
seconds west 15.74 feet;
(2) westerly along a curve bearing to the right having a radius of
450 feet a distance of 124.27 feet which curve is subtended by a chord
having a bearing and distance of south 57 degrees 19 minutes 40 seconds
west 123.66 feet tothe point or place of beginning. -
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the grantor
herein by Thomas F Daly, Jr. and Kathryn Daly Hoey, by deed dated
4-18-63 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on 10-3-63
in Liber 5426 at page 122.
