said point of beginning being distant 104,25 feet Northeasterly, as
measured along the Northwesterly line of Mill Creek. Drives from the
Easterly end of the arc connecting the Southeasterly side of Grove Road-
with the Northwesterly line of Mill Creek Drive; and
JTHENCE RUNNING along said Northwesterly line of Mill Creek Drive
South 57 degrees 56 minutes West 104,25 feet to the aforesaid arc;
THENCE along the aforesaid arc, being a curve to the right having
a radius of 25.0 feets a distance along said arc of 39.27 feet;
