BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of PIain Road Which point
marks the southwest corner of promises herein described and the north-
most corner of land of Mary R. Mitchell, formerly of Inez R. Vail;
running from said point of beginning along last mentioned land South
74 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds Past 330 foot to land now or formerly
of the estate of Barnabas H. Booth, deceased; thence running along
last mentioned land the two following courses and distances: (1) North
16 dogreos 04 minutes 30 soconds last 99 foot; (2) North 74 do6roos
50 minutes 00 seconds West 330 foot to the easterly side of Main Road;
thence running southerly along the easterly side of Main Road, 99 foot
to the point or place of BEGINNING. -
SUBJECT to a mortgage hold by Southold Savings Bank in the amount of
45,000.00, now reduced to 0085.009 with interest at the rate of 5-N
per annum from September 1, 1964 (Liber 3331 mp 179).
