Road Company, four courses as follows:

feet; thence:(3) N. 00 261 40" E. 4.38 feet; thence (4) S. 700 481
40" W. 350.23 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the
first part of, in and to the railroad siding including the ties
.and rails adjacent to and south of the property hereinbefore
described, and also all,right, title and interest of the party
of the first part of, in and to the railroad siding which crosses
Bolaseau Avenue and which runs westerly to the railroad siding of
the Long Island Cauliflower Association, Inc.
BEING and intended to be the same pr emises conveyed by Albert J.
Papist. to Sayre Baldwin by deed dated March 1, 1951 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 2, 1951 in Liber
3189.of deeds., page 334.
