THIS INDENTURE,made the 3rdS.I'day of "Sanuary ,nmetsen hundred and sixty- BETWEEN . - Pour Charles Dinaro and Llafalda Dinaro,his wife,both residing at - 115-41 1E6th St;South Ozone Park,N.Y. - party of the first part,and Thomas d.Caruso and Elizabeth Caruso,his wife,both residing at P.O:' -- Boz 1053,Southold,L.I. - party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration - paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, _ ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildinsss and improvements thereon erected situate, lying and beingixtbe at Cedar Beach near Southold,Town oP Southold,dounty - of Suffolk and State of N.Y.,known and designated as and by lot 79 on a certain map entitled,"Subdivision Map of Cedar Beach Park,situate at Beyview,Town of Southold,N.Y.",and filed in the office of the clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 20,1927 as Map No.90,said premises - being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a concrete monument set on the northerly side of Gedar Point Drive East at the southwesterly corner of the premises herein desoribed,adjoining lot No.80 on the west;runaing thence - along said lot No.80,North 6 degrees 16 minutes 50 seconds West 170 feet to a concrete monument and the southerly side of Lakeside Drive;running thence along said southerly side of Lakeside Drive, ?'
