deed dated April 10, 1964 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on April 17, 1964 in Liber 5529 cp 536.
SITBJECT to covenants and restrictions set forth in deed
from Southold Development Corporation to Edwin B. Hillard dated
November 29, 1963 end recorded December 13, 1963 in Liber 5466 at
, page 517 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
This deed is given to correct the deed recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office in Liber 5539 ep 482 and in particular to correct
the name of one of the grantees.
