BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of a proposed 50 foot highway to be
known as "Colonial Road" 75.0 feet northerly along said easterly line from its
intersection with the southerly line of a proposed 50 foot highway to be known as
"Ed's Road"; said easterly line being parallel to and 100 feet westerly from the
westerly boundary (or its extension southerly)of land of Stelzer and said southerly
line being parallel to and 332 feet northerly from the northerly line of Main Bayview
Road; said point of beginning being the northwesterly corner of land of Jones; from
said point of beginning running along said easterly line of "Colonial Road", North
28 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 110.0 feet; thence along land
of the party of the first part, South 61 degrees 18 minutes 30 seconds East, a
distance of 183.56 feet to land of Dickerson; thence along said land of Dickerson,
South 31 degrees 22 minutes 20 seconds West, a distance of 110.12 feet to said
land of Jones; thence along said land of Jones, North 61 degrees 18 minutes 30
seconds West, a distance of I78.41 feet to the part of beginning.
TOGETHER with a night of way over said "Colonial Road" and said "Ed's
