CORWIN and ELINOR N. CORWIN, his wife, residing at 226 West 6th Avenue, Roselle, New Jersey party of the second part, ', t WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration often dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate, lyinganR dbemgiBLBx at Pine Neck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of North Bayview Road distant 445 feet southerly from the corner formed by the inter- section of the westerly side of North Bayview Road with the southerly side of Pine Neck Road; running thence southerly along the westerly side of North Bayview Road 109 feet; running thence westerly at right angles to the westerly side of. .North Bayview Road 150feet; running thence .'.northerly and parallel with the westerly side of North Bayview Road 109 feet; running thence easterly and again at right angles to the westerly side of North Bayview Road 150 feet to the westerly side of North Bayview Road at the;point or place of beginning.
