BETWEEN RAY I. YOUNG and HELEN S. YOUNG, his wife, both residing at
Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
parry of the firat part,and CLEMENT W. BOOTH, residing at Southold, Suffolk
County, Now York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ton Dollars and other valuable consideration
,I paid by the party of the second par[,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

along the easterly line of promises heretofore conveyed by Ray I. Young

minutes West, a distance of 310.$ feet to a point marked by a concrete
monument; running thence in a southeasterly direction along said premi-
ses heretofore conveyed by Ray I. Young and wife to Clement W. Booth a

- of land formerly of John Carey and now of Antono Grigonis, Jr.; running
thence along said land formerly of Carey, South 17 degrees 04 minutes
West, a distance of 48.3 feet to a point marked by a concrete monument;
running thence still along said land formerly of Carey, South 77 degrees
42 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of 429.77 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center]Nass thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
