WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

BEGINNING
ollowsBEGINNING at a point marked by a concrete monument set at the South-
westerly corner of the premises herein described (which point is on
the northerly line of land formerly of John Carey and now of Antone
Grigonis, Jr., and which point is North 77 degrees 30 minutes 20
seconds East, a distance of 598.8 feet from a locust stump sot on the
easterly line of Youngs Avenue, formerly known as Railroad Avenue, at
tyae-intersection of the northerly line of said land formerly of John
,,Carey and the southerly line of land of William Salmon); running thenc=
along the easterly line of premises heretofore conveyed by flay I.
Young and wife to Clement W. Booth (Liber 3033 cp 91), North 10 de-
groes 30 minutes West, a distance of.310.5 foot to a point marked by
a concrete monument; running thence in a southeasterly direotion along
said premises heretofore conveyed by Ray I. Young and wife to Clement
W. Booth, a distance of 518.5 feet to a concrete monument set on the
westerly line of land formerly of John Carey and now of Antons
Grigonis, Jr.; running thence along said land formerly of Carey,
South 17 degrees'04 minutes West, a distance of 48.3 feet to a point
marked by a concrete monument; running thence still along said land
formerly of Carey, South 77 degrees 42 minutes 30 soconds West, a
distance of 429.77 feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH the right of way 10 feet in width heretofore reserved
by Ray I. Young and Helen S. Young, his wife, in a certain deed dated
January 3, 1950 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
January 5, 1950 in Liber 3033 of Deeds at page 91. -
Said premises being and intended to be the same promises heretofore
conveyed by Ray I. Young, and Helen S. Young, his wife, to Clement W.
Booth by deed dated July 1, 1964 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on July 3,1964 in Liber 5570 of Deeds at page 316,
and this deed is givenfor-the purpose of conveying the aforesaid
right of way heretofore reserved,
