by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the northerly side of Sound
View Avenue where the southwesterly corner of land now or formerly
of Milne and the southeasterly corner of premises hereinafter de-
scribed;
running thence along the northerly side of Sound View Avenue
the following two courses and distances:
1) westerly on the arc of a curve having a radius of 565.45
feet for a distance of 0.78 feet;
2) South 79' 12' West 199.22 feet to land now or formerly of
Schold;
running thence along said land, North 10° 48' West 60 feet;
running thence North 9° 12' East 147 feet more or less to the
southerly shore of Great Pond;
running thence in a general easterly direction along the
southerly shore of Great Pond for a distance of 200 feet more or
less to land now or formerly of Milne;
running thence along said land South 3° 11' West 100 feet more
or less to the northerly side of Sound View Avenue and the point
or place of BEGINNING_
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the same premises conveyed to
the grantor herein by deed made by Ezra G. Beebe, dated the 8th
day of October, 1923 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office on October 24, 1923 in Liber 1081 cp 364, and by deed made
by Marion W. %RUESpe„formerly known as Marion E. Wood, dated the
3113t day of January, 1946 and recorded on March 14, 1946 in the
Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 25399cp 289, the grantor
herein being the same person as the grantee in the above two deeds.
THE grantor herein states that she has been known by no other
